Exploring North Yorkshire

A short escape to North Yorkshire for a few days in Dora.

First stop near Tadcaster at the welcoming Crooked Billet.

A short walk to explore the local area.

Site of a medieval church opposite.

Lambs frolicking

Then into the pub for tea. Obviously had to have the giant Yorkshire pudding.

Looking forward to tomorrow’s adventures

Gentle drive along the A64 to sunny Scarborough and a seafront brew.

Arrived at the Camping and Caravan Club site just north of Scarborough. A very friendly, well located site.

Great walking along the Cleveland Way

Another morning wandering along the coastal path. Headed north.

Gentle drive home enjoying the North Yorkshire scenery.
